About this Project

The project is generally described as a material and light construction renovation of a single family 2 level home; and will modify approximately 3000 square feet of finished area on both levels.  The scope of the project will include a full kitchen remodel, including removal or interior walls; and addition of a large eat-in island.  Additionally, the main level will receive larger new exterior doors and windows and minor work to finishes and areas.  Master bedroom will receive a new picture window in place of two smaller fixed windows.  The Master Bath is remodeled with fixture basically in place. New railings, paint, flooring and paint throughout the main level, and new carpeting down the stairs as well as the lower level.
