About this Project
The family of this Berkley home loved their neighborhood but with 2 kids they had outgrown the 2 bedroom 1 bath space. They decided to expand upward and we helped them add a 1020 sqft addition to their second floor. The second floor contains a master suite, 2 bedrooms, a guest bath and laundry. On the main floor, new stairs were added, one bedroom was opened up into part of the kitchen and the entire kitchen was remodeled.
